These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PixelBull website located athttps://www.pixelbull.comand any related pages, portals, communications, tools, files, or services we make available (collectively, the “Site” and the “Services”). The Services are offered by PixelBull LLC (“PixelBull,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Site, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, submitting a request, uploading content, approving deliverables, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any plan details shown at checkout or on our pricing page (the “Package Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to you and that entity.
The Site is offered only to users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
The Site is controlled and operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. It is available here:https://pixelbull.com/privacy-policy.html. By using the Site or Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. Updates are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services (including features or tools) at any time for operational, maintenance, security, or business reasons.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices, software, and internet access needed to use the Services.
Account sharing. Unless we expressly allow it in writing, you may not share your login credentials outside your organization. We may limit logins or access patterns that create security risk.
PixelBull provides creative services through subscription packages. Each package includes a monthly time allotment and a monthly fee, as shown at checkout and/or on our pricing page.
Your plan details (including included hours, pricing, and what’s included) are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
How hours are used. Hours are consumed based on actual time spent delivering Services to you, which may include production time, revisions, and reasonable coordination/project management time. We do not guarantee a specific number of deliverables per month. Output depends on complexity, your responsiveness, and scheduling.
Non-rollover. Unless we explicitly agree in writing, hours do not roll over and unused hours expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Out-of-scope or specialized work. If a request reasonably requires specialized third-party development, licensed assets, extensive copywriting, or unusual complexity, we may (a) request additional time, (b) recommend a phased approach, or (c) decline the request.
No trial. Unless we explicitly offer a trial in writing, PixelBull does not provide free trials.
A subscription provides access to a monthly time allotment—it does not guarantee same-day delivery, instant turnaround, or a specific number of completed deliverables. Turnaround depends on factors such as request complexity, current queue volume, revision cycles, and how quickly you provide clear briefs, assets, and feedback.
Some requests can be completed quickly; others (including multi-page documents, complex presentations, web pages, motion graphics, video edits, or projects requiring multiple rounds of approvals) may take multiple business days. If you have a deadline, include it in your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate timelines, but you agree not to rely on PixelBull for time-critical launches unless we confirm a delivery date in writing.
Business days. Unless stated otherwise in writing, turnaround estimates refer to business days and exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, complete briefs, and all required assets (logos, copy, images, brand guidelines, etc.). Incomplete, unclear, or changing requirements may increase the time needed to complete your request and may consume additional hours.
Feedback and approvals. You agree to review deliverables carefully and promptly. Creative work can contain errors, and production environments vary. You are responsible for final review and approval before publishing, printing, deploying, or running ads.
Revision cycles. Reasonable revisions are included, provided they are consistent with the original request/brief. Substantial changes in direction, new formats, new concepts, or new deliverables may be treated as a new request and may require additional hours.
Issue window. If you want us to correct an error or omission in a delivered file, notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to address issues raised within that window. Requests after seven days may be treated as a new request and may require additional hours.
Print & production. You are responsible for verifying all print-ready files and specifications (including bleeds, trims, color profiles, barcodes/QR codes, and vendor requirements) and for the results of third-party printing or manufacturing. We strongly recommend test prints where appropriate.
You may provide content, files, data, images, logos, copy, and other materials (“Client Materials”). You represent and warrant that you own the Client Materials or have all necessary rights and permissions to use them and to instruct us to use them, and that such use will not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You grant PixelBull a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to access, store, reproduce, and use Client Materials solely to provide the Services and support your account.
Backups and retention. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Client Materials. We may delete or remove files from our systems in the ordinary course of business (for example, if an account is inactive or terminated), and we do not guarantee long-term file retention.
Some deliverables may incorporate fonts, stock photos, videos, music, illustrations, templates, plugins, or other third-party materials that are licensed (“Licensed Content”). Licensed Content often has usage restrictions and may require a separate commercial license for your intended use.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses required for your intended use, including commercial use, distribution, broadcast, transfer, resale, or high-volume printing, unless we explicitly agree in writing to obtain a license for you.
You agree not to extract, reuse, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Licensed Content as a standalone file or outside the deliverable it was provided in, and you agree to comply with any applicable third-party license terms.
If we flag that a specific font or asset likely requires licensing for your intended use, you agree to obtain the required license before broad distribution, transfer, or mass printing.
Subject to full payment of all amounts due, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use the final deliverables created for your requests for your business purposes. PixelBull retains ownership of our pre-existing materials, internal processes, tools, know-how, and any Licensed Content (which remains owned by its licensors).
Working files. If you request editable working/source files (for example, layered design files), we will provide them when reasonably available and appropriate. Some working files may include third-party elements or Licensed Content that cannot be transferred without additional licensing.
If you request or approve AI-assisted content, you acknowledge that AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or non-unique, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before use. We do not guarantee AI output is non-infringing or suitable for a specific purpose.
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
We may refuse requests, pause work, or suspend/terminate access if your use creates risk to our team, operations, reputation, or legal compliance.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription package on the billing schedule shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. Fees are due in advance for each billing period unless otherwise stated.
No refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused hours, or downgrades.
Chargebacks and disputes. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to try to resolve the issue, we may pause work and/or suspend access while the dispute is pending. We may provide documentation to the payment processor to respond to the dispute.
If payment fails or becomes overdue, we may pause work, suspend access, and/or terminate Services until the account is brought current.
We may change pricing or plan terms with advance notice. Any changes apply prospectively (not retroactively).

Cancellation stops future renewals after the notice period and/or the end of your then-current paid billing term (whichever is later). No refunds are provided.
Pausing. If we offer a “pause” option, it applies only as described at checkout or in writing and may limit access or queue placement. A pause does not create a refund; it may shift work scheduling and/or access for a defined period.
Upgrades/downgrades. Plan changes take effect as described at checkout or in writing and may result in immediate charges or plan adjustments.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, failed to pay amounts due, shared access improperly, or abused our team.
Upon termination, you may lose access to the Services and any portal areas. Any usage rights granted to you are subject to full payment and continued compliance with these Terms.
To protect the time and talent that makes the Services possible, during your subscription and for twelve (12) months after it ends, you agree not to directly solicit for employment or engagement, hire, or contract with any PixelBull employee or contractor who provided Services to you, except with our prior written consent.
This does not prohibit general, non-targeted recruiting (for example, general job postings not specifically directed at PixelBull personnel).
If you share non-public business information with us that is reasonably understood to be confidential, we will use it only to provide the Services and will not disclose it except to team members/contractors who need it to deliver the Services. This does not apply to information that becomes public without breach, was already known, is independently developed, or is lawfully received from another source.
Unless you notify us in writing that you do not want this, you agree we may identify you as a customer and show completed work (and your name/logo) in our portfolio and marketing materials. You may opt out by emailing info@pixelbull.com.
